We currently offer 2 ways to check in at ARYU. This is to cater to different needs and ensure you have the best experience with us.

CHECK-IN PREPARATION
ID CARD OR PASSPORT
Ensures the authenticity of the user’s identity.
BOOKING NUMBER
Please check your booking number in your confirmation email and present it at the front desk.
PADLOCK
Bring your own padlock or purchase a top grade lock from us.
STANDARD CHECK IN
Check in at front desk.
Office Hours 09:00 – 18:00 DAILY.
STEP 1
Visit us at REDD front desk and present your ID card or Passport.
STEP 2
Provide a signed copy of your ID and the Terms & Conditions.
STEP 3
Set your PIN code.
STEP 4
Move in! the room is yours.
ONLINE CHECK IN
For those who are not able to come to REDD in person.
You will not have 24/7 access to your unit until a PIN code is set at location.
STEP 1
Let our team know you’d be requiring Online Check in.
STEP 2
Provide a signed copy of your ID and the Terms & Conditions.
STEP 3
Book your online conference call appointment with our team.
STEP 4
Your belongings arrive at REDD.
STEP 5
Our team will complete storing your belongings in your unit and lock with a cable tie.
STEP 6
We will send you photos of your new storage unit for peace of mind.
