We currently offer 2 ways to check in at REDD. This is to cater to different needs and ensure you have the best experience with us.
If you’re unsure which service will suit you best, please get in touch, we will be delighted to assist you.
CHECK-IN PREPARATION
ID CARD OR PASSPORT
Ensures the authenticity of the user’s identity.
BOOKING NUMBER
Please check your booking number in your confirmation email and present it at the front desk.
PADLOCK
STANDARD CHECK IN
Check in at front desk.
Office Hours 09:00 – 18:00 DAILY.

ONLINE CHECK IN
For those who are not able to come to REDD in person.
You will not have 24/7 access to your unit until a PIN code is set at location.

Let our team know you’d be requiring Online Check in.

Book your online conference call appointment with our team.
STEP 4
If you require assistance with moving your belongings into your storage unit, we recommend using our Door-to-Door service, operated by a trusted partner of REDD.
Please note: The REDD team does not provide storage loading or moving services.
